This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the tube8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing or using the tube8 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the tube8 platform's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and tube8 as the platform operator. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Tube8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice will be given via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. tube8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our customer support team.
Do not share your password or account details with anyone. tube8 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Users agree to use the tube8 platform solely for lawful purposes that do not violate applicable Malaysian law. The following are strictly prohibited:
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without compensation, and tube8 reserves the right to refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the chosen payment method and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name. tube8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the wagering conditions have been met. tube8 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
The tube8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, tube8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this platform.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that betting activities carry financial risk and tube8 is not liable for any losses incurred during gameplay.
Tube8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, tube8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not yet met its rollover requirements. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned once the investigation is complete.
All content on the tube8 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and source code, is the property of tube8 or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or sell any platform content without prior written consent.
The tube8 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. tube8 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing external websites is done at the user's own risk.
Tube8 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the update date indicated. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account by contacting our support team.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved first through negotiation, and if necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
